[PATCH v2 1/9] qemu_dbus: Separate PID read code into qemuDBusGetPID

In near future it will be necessary to know the PID of DBus
daemon started for QEMU. Move the code into a separate function
(qemuDBusGetPID()) and export it in the header file.
