[PATCH 02/17] lxc_fuse: Move virLXCMeminfo struct into lxc_cgroup.h

The function that fills virLXCMeminfo struct
(virLXCCgroupGetMeminfo()) lives in lxc_cgroup.h. Move the struct
there too.
