[PATCH] cpu_conf: unbreak XPath in virCPUDefParseXML()

In one of my previous commits, I've changed an XPath in
virCPUDefParseXML() from "boolean(./counter...)" to
"./counter...)". Notice the dangling closing bracket? Well, I
didn't back then.
