[libvirt PATCH v5 3/9] virthread: Introduce VIR_WITH_MUTEX_LOCK_GUARD

Modeled after "WITH_QEMU_LOCK_GUARD" (see qemu's include/qemu/lockable.h).

See comment for typical usage.
