[PATCH v2 6/6] qemu_driver: Add calc_mode for dirtyrate statistics

Add calc_mode for dirtyrate statistics retured by
virsh domstats --dirtyrate api, also add vcpu dirtyrate
if dirty-ring mode was used in last measurement.
