[PATCH 03/16] qemuMonitorJSONAddDeviceProps: Simplify construction of the command

Use 'qemuMonitorJSONMakeCommandInternal' instead of
'qemuMonitorJSONMakeCommand' + 'virJSONValueObjectAppend'.
