Move the code from 'qemuValidateDomainDeviceDefDiskFrontend' into 'qemuValidateDomainDeviceDefAddressDrive' which is called from 'qemuValidateDomainDeviceDefAddress' so that we have all address validation code together. This also allows us to remove the inline validation inside 'qemuBuildSCSIHostdevDevStr'.
