Fix make dist with XenAPI changes
The last chronological change was from:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=574366
Apparently networkLookupByUUID has always been busted in the python
bindings, but since we don't use it in virtinst/virt-manager, it wasn't
noticed.
