[libvirt PATCH v3 0/4] spec: Reorganize some packages

Upgrading to packages built with these patches applied results in

  $ sudo dnf update ./*.rpm

which is exactly what we were aiming for.

  * move virt-admin to -daemon rather than -client;

  * move other host-only tools from -client to -daemon;

  * move systemtap probes from -client to -libs.
