[libvirt] [PATCH] Swap position of nmodels and models parameters in cpuDecode()

[Jiri Denemark <jdenemar@xxxxxxxxxx>]

All other libvirt functions use array first and then number of elements
in that array. Let's make cpuDecode follow this rule.
