BTW, I'll have a follow on patch to fix the inactive detach in Xen
driver.  There were some other issues in the Xen attach/detach device
code IIRC.  Xen block device config has the notion of 'bootable'.  If
absent, the first block device is marked bootable, which may not be your
boot device.  This flag gets lost when mapped to XML right?  I'll
investigate further.
