During the switch to gitlab, not all people listed as maintainers asked to be added to the libvirt group: https://gitlab.com/libvirt/libvirt/-/project_members Remove those who haven't and add Pino, who was missing from the list. I omitted Chris Lalancette and Lily Nie, since they have not committed anything to the main libvirt repo in the past ~10 years.
