For the libvir-list we can mitigate the effect of removing the subject prefix to some degree, by changing the .gitpublish config files to use "libvirt", "libvirt-glib", "libvirt-perl", etc instead of the current approach which is empty for libvirt, and just "glib", "perl" etc for the sub-projects.
