1, 3, and 5 are all independent.

Patch 4 depends on the second patch as
remoteDispatchConnectRegisterCloseCallback uses
virConnectRegisterCloseCallback. Otherwise we would never do the unref
for @client and @program when conn->driver->connectRegisterCloseCallback
was NULL.
