Hi. This is a patchset for blocking assignment of PCI devices below non-ACS capable switch. In case user still wants to assign such device even though it might not be safe, she can specify permissive='yes' attribute for <hostdev>. Special thanks to Chris L. who created a standalone program the PCI check. This code is a port of that check to libvirt.
