There's a bug report tracking this: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1757463 The packaging issue was since fixed in Fedora, but unfortunately it has not been backported to EPEL yet. Do you think there's a chance we could convince the EPEL maintainers to pick up the very simple patch[1] that makes this unnecessary and get a working build within a short time?
