[PATCH] cpu: add CLZERO CPUID support for AMD platforms

Qemu commit e900135dcfb67 ("i386: Add CPUID bit for CLZERO and XSAVEERPTR")
adds support for CLZERO CPUID bit.
This commit extends support for this CPUID bit into libvirt.
