[PATCH v2 1/4] apps: remove dead archipel project

The project website http://archipelproject.org/ is dead, reporting a
cloudflare error message

The git repo at https://github.com/ArchipelProject/Archipel/ hasn't
had a commit since Nov 2016, and the last release was a beta6 release
in 2013.
