[PATCH v4 02/15] virprocess: Make virProcessRunInMountNamespace use virProcessRunInFork

Both virProcessRunInMountNamespace() and virProcessRunInFork()
look very similar. De-duplicate the code and make
virProcessRunInMountNamespace() call virProcessRunInFork().
