From: Bing Niu <bing.niu@xxxxxxxxx> Add memory bandwidth allocation support to virresctrl class. Introducing virResctrlAllocMemBW which is used for allocating memory bandwidth. Following virResctrlAllocPerType, it also employs a nested sparse array to indicate whether allocation is available for particular last level cache.
