* src/qemu/qemu_monitor.c, src/qemu/qemu_monitor.h: Add new
  qemuMonitorMigrateToCommand() API
* src/qemu/qemu_driver.c: Switch over to using the
  qemuMonitorMigrateToCommand() API for core dumps and save
  to file APIs
