[PATCH 0/3] bhyve: allow locking memory

This patch series adds support for locking guest memory to the bhyve
driver using the following elements

    <memoryBacking>
      <locked/>
    </memoryBacking>

When specified, the -S flag is passed to the bhyve binary.
