I submit a patch to support iSER in libvirt via my work email, no much modified. Not sure if it can be accepted, but I tested with RDMA device indicated that is working.

WRT your specific goal to add "iSER support", if you can give a bit more
detail on exactly what you think libvirt is missing, then someone might
be able to give specific advice on what bits of libvirt need changing.
