not backed by a file, but collected by QEMU itself?

I'm OK with this being a feature.

Should I split the commit or can I resubmit like this without RFC?


It would be nice to have this in news.xml, so if you don't mind resending with
the second patch adding it to docs/news.xml, I'd be glad.
