I sent the whole series by [b]ouncing this in mutt, because it otherwise mangles Message-Id and In-Reply-To: fields. The previous posting of this series has this problem. I did it two times, since there was a delay in delivery (I don't know why, maybe greylisting) and I worried that the first batch was rejected for the lack of To: field, which I forgot at the time of git format-patch.
