As suggested yesterday (sorry for short notice) I have just tagged the rc1 in git and pushed signed tarball and rpms to the usual place: ftp://libvirt.org/libvirt/ Things looks fine for me, jenkins on https://ci.centos.org/view/libvirt/ seems mostly happy (though there is that master rpm weirdness) so it looks good from my side but my own testing is very limited so please give it a try !
