[PATCH 1/8] virDomainDefFree: Don't leak initenv name and value

When parsing boot options from domain XML in
virDomainDefParseBootOptions() initenv id stored to:

    def->os.initenv[i]->name
    def->os.initenv[i]->value

But these are never freed.
