Here is a series grouping several small patches I sent
independently to the mailing list.
Main change since v2:
* <inituser> and <initgroup> have been changed to hold either a uid or
name as text child, rather than in an attribute.
* Moved the uid/gid setting to after the pivot_root to allow getting
the uid/gid from name.
