Yeah and this is where things did get a bit tricky for me w/r/t pointer stealing. In future patches, configFile becomes part of an object since multiple drivers use configFile, while base64File is a specific concept to the secret driver. If the pointer is stolen by a subsequent API, then 'technically' none of the callers should be using it any more. Although it's perfectly normal for that to happen in our code because we don't pass by reference and have that steal. Because I knew what the end result is, I had to figure a way to get there somewhat logically. I'll look to rework this.
