V2 of https://www.redhat.com/archives/libvir-list/2017-February/msg00185.html Patch1 is new in V2 and essentially moves default setting of disk format from domain build time to device post-parse, which addresses Michal's comment from V1. Patch2 is mostly unchanged. The hunk setting format of virDomainDiskDef in libxlMakeDisk is removed since that is now handled by patch1.
