[PATCH v3 0/3] qemu: Use virtio-pci by default for mach-virt guests

Changes from [v2]:

  * rename qemuDomainCountVirtioMMIODevices() to
    qemuDomainHasVirtioMMIODevices() and make it exit as soon
    as the first virtio-mmio device is encountered, as
    suggested by Laine

  * tweak test suite and note no new test cases are needed

  * add comments and user documentation

  * add release notes entry

  * can actually be merged now that all patches it builds on
    have been merged :)

Changes from [v1]:

  * use virDomainDeviceInfoIterate(), as suggested by Martin
    and Laine, which results in cleaner and more robust code
