Rename virStorageBackendFileSystemProbe and to virStorageBackendBLKIDProbe and move to the more common storage_backend module. Create a shim virStorageBackendDeviceProbeEmpty which will make the call to the virStorageBackendBLKIDProbeFS and check the return value.
