We were just thinking about it. mach-virt guests use MMIO
addresses by default, but you can force specific devices
to use PCI instead by adding

  <address type='pci'/>

to the relevant element.

How we will make it easy for users and management
applications to create pure PCIe mach-virt guests is
still up for debate :)
