Or approving first time edits, like libvir-list moderators do:

If either of you want to try enabling those extensions let me know and I
can give you access to the openshift account for the wiki


If you guys are OK with that, I can try setting it up.  I haven't used
any admin interfaces of MediaWiki before, so it might take me some time
to do that.
