[PATCH 2/9] tests: qemuxml2argv: Fix usb-too-long-port-path-invalid

The test case uses DO_TEST_PARSE_FLAGS_ERROR(), but doesn't
pass any parse flag. Use DO_TEST_PARSE_ERROR() instead.
