Differences to v2:
- style fixes (C-style comments, function naming)
- removed unnecessary break
- added commentary on why __GNU_C_PREREQ is defined
- Set Domain virtType = VIR_DOMAIN_VIRT_BHYVE
- Free domain definition on error in bhyveParseCommandLineString. This
should prevent an empty XML document to be returned.
