[PATCH 3/9] tests: remove disk-drive-fat test

This test requests a read-only virtual FAT drive on the IDE bus.
Read-only IDE drives are unsupported, but libvirt only displays
the error if it has the QEMU_CAPS_DRIVE_READONLY capability.
Read-write FAT drives are also unsupported.
