I noticed that other callers of networkAllocateActualDevice() call
networkReleaseActualDevice() in error paths, qemuProcessNetworkPrepareDevices()
being a notable exception. Is it necessary to call networkReleaseActualDevice()
in 'cleanup' if this function fails?
