Hi, it's good to hear that you are interested. I'll give you the same hints as I give others for now. But before that, have you had a chance of looking at the ideas page of libvirt? Is any one of those ideas appealing to you or do you have your own As for the ideas, look at our documentation, clone the repository [1], try building it [2], running tests etc., look at the contributor guidelines [2] and generally browse the site to know about some basics. You can also browse the code on the web [4]. Then you can go through the code and see how it all works; or the parts that interest you the most, for now. Be sure to fill in the application before the deadline, the time window is pretty short this year.
