That is a rather old libvirt. Can you try the latest 1.2.20 release? Also, what version of Xen? I'd suggest trying the latest libvirt and Xen on this system.
It got installed successfully but when i run the command virsh list --all it is taking too long time and not responding application hangs.
Do you notice similar problems when using the Xen tools directly, e.g. 'xl create ...'; xl list? One approach to isolating problems in libvirt+libxl is to eliminate libvirt and use xl+libxl.
