 Yes, because in first versions i changed the default and was criticized for it, because it broke
backwards compatibility with existing distros, which even don't enable PCI-Generic for both ARM
architectures (and indeed ARM64 support for PCI-Generic is going to be enabled in upstream kernel
v4.3 only).
 To tell the truth i'm too lazy now to look up relevant threads.
