While we taught libvirt to listen to MAC address changes from guests we forgot to update our QoS hierarchy accordingly. The first 3 patches are pure bug fixes and can go in regardless of state of the rest. The 4th patch is a slight improvement as it makes filter priority predictable. Then, patches 5-7 actually fix the bug.
