Hi Michal, I have produced a V2 version for the first 3 patches only, where I have applied Erik's recommendations made after the first 3 reviews on the first version. I can prepare the V2 versions for the remaining patches, by applying Erik's general recommendations (mainly code style), rebase and resend. Unfortunately, I'm not sure to have enough free time to work on it before end of 2014, as I will leave soon for vacations...
