[PATCH 1/3] qemu: Fix iothreads issue

If there are no iothreads, then return from qemuProcessDetectIOThreadPIDs
without error; otherwise, the following occurs:

error: Failed to start domain $dom
error: An error occurred, but the cause is unknown
