If function name + params exceeds 80 columns, common practice is each
param after the first on a separate line. E.g.

xenFormatTimeOffset(virConfPtr conf,
virDomainDefPtr def,
int xendConfigVersion)
{
...

Preferred style is a blank line after local variable declaration.
