Subject: [PATCH] avoid format string warnings

* src/openvz_driver.c (ADD_ARG_LIT): Add "%s" arg before _(...).
* src/qemu_driver.c (PCI_ATTACH_OK_MSG): Likewise.
* src/util.c (virExec, virRun): Likewise.
