[libvirt] [PATCH] fix JNI flags in libvirt-java build

This tiny patch adds $LIBVIRT_CFLAGS to the flags used when compiling
the Java Native Interface C code in libvirt-java.  This allows one to
build, for example, against a local (non-installed) libvirt tree.
