Adding "Requires: showmount" and BuildRequires lines to
libvirt.spec.in would be similar to the approach of requiring
the iscsi-initiator-utils package (which contains iscsiadm):

    $ grep isc *.spec.in
    Requires: iscsi-initiator-utils
    BuildRequires: iscsi-initiator-utils
