Thanks for your information.
I am also wondering mlock data.
(I guess old variable used in historical reason.)
I try to check it.

Anyway I change the struct(xen_v2_vcpuinfo) ordering.
(vcpu goes last and other goes to front in Dom0-vcpu0 case.)
Then I successfully get the information.
(This is just temporary, I investigate this issue in my side work)
