This 'vncunused' parameter is now in the xen-unstable (soon 3.0.3) tree
isn't it ? If so we need to check that it doesn't cause problems if its
passed to a 3.0.2 series xend. If it does cause trouble then we can make
this patch conditional on xend_config_format >= 2.  Also need to fixup
the XML-2-SEXPR test case to take account of this additional info being
put into the SEXPR
